Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time We ship across India. Estimated delivery times:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for updates!
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged in Transit If your pots arrive damaged due to shipping, please share photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
