Pots & Accessories We accept returns on pots and accessories within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please share a photo within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
